1. Aksept av vilkår

By creating an account and using myteams.no, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service.

2. Beskrivelse av tjenesten

myteams.no is a digital platform for managing football clubs. The service offers tools for:

Lagadministrasjon og spilleradministrasjon
Kampadministrasjon og live kampsporing
Statistikk og rapportering
Treningsplanlegging
Kommunikasjon mellom trenere, spillere og foreldre

3. Brukerkonto

3.1 Registrering

To use the service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information.

3.2 Kontosikkerhet

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Brukeransvar

Du samtykker til å:

Bruke tjenesten i samsvar med gjeldende lover og regler
Ikke misbruke eller skade tjenesten
Ikke dele falsk eller villedende informasjon
Respektere andre brukeres personvern og rettigheter
Ikke forsøke å få uautorisert tilgang til systemet
Ikke bruke tjenesten til kommersielle formål uten skriftlig avtale

5. Innhold og dataansvar

5.1 Ditt innhold

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in the service (player data, match results, etc.). You give us permission to store and process this content to deliver the service.

5.2 Sikkerhetskopi

Although we do our best to secure your data, we recommend that you regularly download and back up important data.

6. Betaling og abonnement

6.1 Priser

The service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Current prices can be found at myteams.no.

6.2 Fakturering

Payment is processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

6.3 Refusjon

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the service does not work as expected.

7. Oppsigelse

7.1 Din oppsigelse

You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. You will have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

7.2 Vår oppsigelse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or if your account is inactive for more than 2 years.

8. Ansvarsbegrensning

myteams.no is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Indirekte eller følgeskader
Tredjepartstjenester vi integrerer med

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Immaterielle rettigheter

All rights to the myteams.no platform, including design, logo, code and functionality, belong to myteams.no. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

10. Personvern

We respect your privacy. Read our Privacy Policy for information on how we process personal data.

11. Endringer i vilkårene

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Lovvalg

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
